Indian Springs is a fun little crag and there is a lot of variety from face to crack climbs. The guide describes traditional, sport and top rope climbs. It is a great area for beginner to intermediate climbers.

If you are a new trad leader there are short moderate climbs to polish your new trad skills. Some of the trad climbs can be top roped so you can practice placing pro and then have your instructor check your placements. Once you are ready for your first trad lead your choices are 5.3 to 5.7+ climbs.

If you are looking to venture out of the rock gym to get outdoors, there are many top rope climbs at Indian Springs. A couple of the slabs have a high concentration of climbs with easy access to the bolt anchors to set top ropes. You can easily spend the entire day top roping climbs at Indian Springs.

There are 5.9 to 5.11 sport climbs in the area which are fun for intermediate climbers. The sport climbs are anywhere from 60' to 90' high and the majority of them can be top roped first if you want to get a feel for the climb before you lead.
